Subscription Terms

Syniq Ops is a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and automatically renew unless cancelled.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards and EFT payments. You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. By submitting payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

  • Instant EFT (via PayStack/Yoco)
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard)
  • Direct Bank Transfer (Annual plans only)

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until then.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts, your account access may be suspended until payment is received. We reserve the right to charge a reactivation fee for suspended accounts.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the price change constitutes your agreement to the new pricing.
