Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees paid in advance. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

Exceptions

We may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Service unavailability for an extended period (greater than 24 hours)
  • Billing errors attributable to our system
  • Duplicate charges

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our sole discretion.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
